30 MINUTE SESSION

A weekly invitation to step out of the pace of your day, to sit, take a breath and practice mindfulness together. Please join us for a 20 minute mindfulness practice followed by an opportunity to share experiences and ask questions if desired.
Who Should Attend
Anyone who wants to experience mindfulness practice or maintain and deepen their existing mindfulness practice. No experience necessary. All are welcome.
Participants can use our meditation Zafu cushions or are welcome to bring their own. Chairs will also be available.
