All movement is optional and choice-based\, and no previous yoga experience is required. \nThe Changing Tides Circle: Exploring Women’s Transitions\nAn optional\, gently facilitated circle offering science-informed insight and practical guidance for navigating perimenopause\, menopause\, and post-menopause. \nTogether\, we will explore: \n\nCommon physical\, emotional\, and nervous-system changes\nExperiences many women carry quietly\nEvidence-informed strategies to support energy\, mood\, sleep\, and stress\nConnection and shared perspective without pressure to disclose\n\nListening is participating. There is no expectation to share. \nTime in Nature\nOpportunities to slow down beside the Atlantic\, walk the shoreline\, awaken the senses\, and reconnect with the restorative rhythms of the natural world. \nEvening Practices for Settling and Deep Rest\nFriday evening begins with Settling the Waters\, a guided relaxation incorporating calming breathwork\, progressive muscle relaxation\, and body awareness to help release physical tension and prepare the body and mind for restful sleep. \nSaturday evening offers Ocean-Inspired Yoga Nidra: The Stillness Beneath the Waves\, a guided practice supporting nervous-system regulation\, deeper stillness\, and restorative sleep. \nSpacious\, Unstructured Time\nIntentional space for rest\, reflection\, ocean walks\, the sauna\, the pool\, journalling\, quiet connection\, or simply doing nothing at all. \nThis protected time is not a gap in the schedule. It is part of the design\, because restoration cannot be rushed. \nHere\, rest is not a pause from the weekend. It is the heart of it. \nView the full weekend itinerary HERE\nThe Setting\nSet along Nova Scotia’s South Shore\, Quarterdeck Beachside Villas & Grill offers a naturally calming coastal environment where the rhythm of the ocean supports restoration without effort. \nThe Retreat Package\n$599 plus HST per person\, based on double occupancy\nYour booking includes: \n\nTwo nights’ accommodation in a Seawood two-bedroom apartment\nA full kitchen and ocean-view terrace\nThe complete Ocean Pause retreat experience and all facilitated sessions\nA curated welcome gift to support your restoration\n\nSingle-occupancy bookings are available.
