Mindfulness coaching is offered in either a one-on-one or small group (up to 6 people of friends, family or co-workers) format. These 60 minute private coaching sessions allow you to learn the principles and practices of mindfulness and mindfulness meditation at your own pace or re enliven an existing practice. In addition to being offered a variety of formal and informal practices, common areas of focus include posture, creating a sustainable practice, working skillfully with obstacles, working skillfully with thoughts, emotions and physical sensations, addressing common misconceptions, reviewing benefits and potential pitfalls and being introduced to the central teachings of mindfulness. Collaboratively, the duration, nature and focus of these sessions will be determined based on your truest, heartfelt intentions.
