Join Kirk for a transformative 7-week Chakra Yoga Series at Breathe Mindfulness Centre. Each Tuesday evening, from 6:30-7:30 starting September 16th, we’ll explore one of the seven chakras, energy centers that influence our emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Each week we will practice chakra-focused yoga postures with an approach rooted in traditional yoga with mantras, and chanting infused with trauma-informed guidance, This series offers a safe, supportive space to learn about the chakra centres and how to activate them, which may deepen your practice, whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi. Expect grounding breathwork, accessible asanas (postures), guided visualization, and curated music to support each chakra’s unique qualities, from grounding in the root to expansion in the crown.
Whether you’re looking to move energy, to cultivate emotional clarity, or simply reconnect with yourself, this journey offers a powerful path toward balance and inner awareness.
No prior experience needed. Chairs and props provided for those who need them. Come as you are, this is a welcoming space for every body and every level of experience.
