Breathe Mindfulness Centre was founded with the intentions to:
- Enhance emotional, mental and physical wellness through the integration of conventional psychological principles and treatment with contemplative philosophy and practices such as mindful living, mindfulness meditation, mindful movement and self-compassion training.
- Empower individuals to take a proactive, preventive stance concerning their overall health and wellness.
- Foster more connected, meaningful and compassionate relationships one has with themselves, with others and the world we live in.
