Pamela has been studying various alternative healing practices her whole life after becoming a reflexologist as a teenager. Pamela has had a love for Sound Healing and Breathwork for a long time and been teaching and guiding for several years.

Gentle tones from sound healing instruments send soothing signals through the body and the nervous system and invite a sense of calm. These vibrations support the brain in shifting into relaxed, healing states—where clarity, rest, and emotional ease naturally arise.
Paired with conscious breathwork, the effects deepen. Breath becomes an anchor, gently slowing the heart, softening stress, and creating space for the body to release tension and emotion it may have carried for far too long.
