We are offering weekly 45-minute meditation drop-in sessions Tuesday evenings at the Wolfville location. The sessions will include a variety of 20–30-minute movement or still meditations with an optional 10-15 minute practice discussion following.
Is this for me?
These Mindfulness Meditation sessions are open to anyone interested in practicing different forms of mindfulness meditation, including those who have attended MBSR, MBCT, MSC and other mindfulness classes. To make these sessions accessible to all, there is no set fee, rather the drop-ins are “pay what you can”.
