Offering IN-PERSON sessions in Wolfville, NS and VIRTUAL sessions accross NS and NB.

Taking the first step, though typically the hardest, towards this is the most important. It represents that a part of you, no matter how small, believes that things can get better.  The first step and the steps taken after also reflect strength that you may not have realized, as it takes courage and commitment to begin a journey that is unknown and at times difficult.   You are not alone on this journey. A safe, compassionate, and supportive therapeutic relationship is the essential container to facilitate healing and change.  We are committed to deeply listening to your specific concerns and needs and working collaboratively with you to provide feedback and guidance that meets your needs and desired outcomes.

We provide evidence-based counselling and therapy and take an integrative, whole-person approach that is results driven and addresses all aspects of your wellness: mind, body, emotion and spirit in achieving desired outcomes.
