Workplace Wellness Programs

Supporting the Nervous System. Caring for the Whole Person. Creating Healthier Workplaces.

“Take care of your employees and they will take care of your business. It’s as simple as that. Healthy, engaged employees are your top competitive advantage.” Richard Branson

At Breathe Mindfulness Centre, our workplace wellness programs are grounded in psychology, mindfulness, compassion, and somatic-based practices that support nervous system regulation, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing.

We understand that today’s workplaces are operating under ongoing pressure — cognitive load, emotional strain, burnout, and rapid change. Employees are often asked to adapt quickly while carrying increasing demands, both professionally and personally.

We move beyond traditional stress management to support the whole person, mind, body, and emotional experience. Our workplace wellness programs offer evidence-based, trauma-informed experiences that help individuals reset, regulate, and reconnect, without adding more to their plate.

Sessions are experiential, accessible, and designed to be immediately applicable to real work and life demands.

Our Approach

Mindfulness and compassion are central to all of our workplace offerings. We view mindfulness not simply as attention training, but as a way of cultivating presence, emotional awareness, and steadiness in the midst of demand. Compassion, toward self and others, supports psychological safety, connection, and sustainable engagement at work.

All workplace offerings are:

  • Psychology-informed and evidence-based
  • Mindfulness-based and compassion-centred
  • Trauma-informed and choice-based
  • Somatic-focused, supporting nervous system regulation
  • Inclusive and non-clinical in tone
  • Practical, experiential, and skills-based

Rather than asking people to “push through,” our programs create space for pause, grounding, and restoration, supporting clarity, presence, and capacity over time.

Program Formats

Workplace wellness programs are thoughtfully tailored to the needs, culture, and capacity of each organization. Offerings may be delivered in a variety of formats, depending on program goals and group needs.

Programs may include:

  • Single-session wellness experiences (45–60 minutes)
  • Short series or multi-session programs
  • Half-day or full-day retreats
  • Conference or off-site wellness sessions
  • Ongoing workplace wellness programs or organizational wellness support

Sessions can be offered in person or virtually, depending on organizational context and objectives. Multi-day retreats and immersive programs are offered in person to support deeper integration, regulation, and restoration.

Core Program Themes

Across all formats, our workplace wellness programs are guided by a set of core themes that reflect our whole-person, nervous system–informed approach. These themes shape both the content and the experience of each offering, ensuring programs are grounded in psychology, mindfulness, compassion, and somatic-based practice.

A Thoughtful, Human-Centred Investment

We believe workplace wellness is most effective when it is:

  • Grounded in science
  • Delivered with compassion and integrity
  • Integrated into organizational culture
  • Responsive to real-world demands

Each program is thoughtfully designed in collaboration with organizations to ensure relevance, safety, and meaningful impact.
